How Much does it Cost?
There are no set-up charges, monthly fees or minimum commitments. Pricing is on a per tour basis and based on gross measured area.

1 We'll shoot unlimited wide-angle photos while we're at the property if you like. You may also upload your own photos, which we'll add to your interactive floor plan. There is no charge for photos if you submit your own.
2 Clients may provide original “to scale” blue prints which will be scaled and redrawn by HomeSight staff.
What’s Included
HomeSight prides itself on being a full service company providing accurate as-built floor plans of existing or proposed properties. A HomeSight approved provider will visit the property and create a detailed floor plan of the existing structure and shoot optional unlimited wide angle (23mm) photographs. You may elect to use your own photographs in which case you can upload them directly into our system. If you already have a high quality floor plan of the property we can use it to create the Interactive floor plan.
Each HomeSight Interactive floor plan includes the following at no extra charge:
- A custom template to match your existing website
- Online floor plan
- Photo gallery (requires client submitted photographs)
- A downloadable flyer, which you can print at the click of a button
- Download tour for offline viewing (burn the tour to a CD)
- Free posting to agent/broker website
- Free posting to MLS website
- Free posting to realtor.com (must be a “Showcase” listing)
- Unlimited hosting
- Printable floor plan watermarked with company logo
- Website statistics (see how many times your plans are viewed and from where)
- Email tour to a friend (make it easy to spread the word)
- Download photographs for personal use (use our photos in your other marketing materials)
- Branded and Unbranded versions of the Interactive Floor plan to meet MLS specifications
