HomeSight provides Interactive Floor Plans (IFPs) to agents nationwide. An IFP includes an as-built floor plan, detailed square footage, high quality wide-angle photographs, full-screen photo viewer, printable floor plan, printable property flyer, and a link to your other IFPs. Add-on options include TRU Walkthrough videos and QR codes. We can also add the IFP link to Realtor.com.

Why order an Interactive Floor Plan from HomeSight?
HomeSight makes it easy for agents to have a marketing advantage with a multi-functional Interactive Floor Plan that uses the latest web technology.

We will set you up with an online account in HomeSight, and you can simply log in and place your order anytime. HomeSight will take it from there: the order is forwarded to a local Dealer who will set an appointment and visit the property to measure and photograph. The Dealer forwards the files to HomeSight and we create the Interactive Floor Plan.

Our services do not end when your order is complete. HomeSight staff is available by phone or email to answer any questions that you might have. Our website will track viewing statistics for you, and these statistics can be emailed weekly to you and your seller. In addition, current statistics are available for viewing at any time by logging in to HomeSight. Would you like to add to your order? No problem – just log in to HomeSight and click the ‘Add-on Order’ button. Also, the create-your-own flyer utility is available anytime to customize and print a flyer for your property. Do you have your own photos you want to use on the IFP? No problem – just upload them to HomeSight and we will add them to the IFP.

We can design a custom template for you

Our IFP templates are matched to your brokerage website colors, free of charge. For a more personalized look, we can create a custom template to match your personal website.

We have two options available:

• Basic Custom Template – the IFP template is color coordinated with your personal website
• Premium Custom Template – the IFP template designed to match your personal website, and also integrates with your website through clickable links on the IFP.
Note: A one-time fee applies for a basic or premium custom template.

Statistics for every service

Statistics are recorded for each service that HomeSight offers. Page views are counted for floor plan, photo gallery, video, Other Listings link, QR code, flyer, and floor plan views. These statistics can be emailed weekly to you and/or your seller and you can change this setting at any time by logging in to HomeSight.

In addition to the weekly statistic emails, detailed statistics for your orders are available on the HomeSight website with your agent access. You can also specify a date range for detailed statistics for a more customized view.

As-Built floorplan with sq. ft. calculations

HomeSight floor plans contain the detailed information that the real estate customer is looking for. Your HomeSight floor plan will contain icons showing placement of windows, doors, and appliances, as well as room dimensions and detailed area calculations. All area sizes will be listed on your IFP, including main living areas as well as garages, patios, decks, porches, etc. If you do not want area sizes and/or room dimensions on the floor plan, no problem, just indicate so on the order.

Tru Walkthrough videos

A Tru Walkthrough video is available as an add-on option for your IFP. Our
videographer will video the property, you will provide the narration text, and our video processor will combine them to create a custom video with professional narration.

Photo Gallery slideshow with full-screen view option

HomeSight uses the latest technology in photography to provide high quality wide-angle photos for your IFP. In addition to quality equipment, HomeSight uses photo-editing software to enhance your photos. The Photo Gallery slideshow displays the photos in a regular window or an optional full-screen photo viewer.

Create-your-own flyer Utility

HomeSight provides a utility for agents to create their own property flyers using the order information in HomeSight. The flyer is a two page PDF document: the first page contains photos, marketing copy, and agent information, and the second page is the printable floor plan. Simply click the Edit Flyer button, select the photos you wish to appear on the flyer, enter your marketing copy, and generate your property flyer. There are additional options for changing the list price and contact information and for adding school information.

Upload your own photos



If you have additional photos that you would like to add to the IFP, simply upload the photos in HomeSight and we will add them to the IFP for you.

We can add your IFP to Realtor.com

HomeSight is a virtual tour provider for Realtor.com. We can add the IFP link to Realtor.com when your order is complete. If you have showcase listings with Realtor.com, there is no fee to add the link. If you do not have showcase listings with Realtor.com, there is a $25 fee to add the link to Realtor.com.

Easy to navigate to your other listings

Your IFP includes a link to view all of your other active HomeSight IFPs. This link can help direct potential buyers to your other listings if the property they are looking at does not meet their needs.

Custom QR Code Packages for you Interactive Floor Plans

A QR code (Quick Response Code) is a two dimensional code designed to be read by Smart phones and Tablets running iOS, Android, Blackberry, or Windows 7 mobile. Sign riders can be purchased (at cost) from HomeSight, and we will create and send you QR code labels for your property that can be attached to the sign rider. The QR code will be added to your property flyer, and is also available to download for other marketing needs.
