Forsyth's old site had over 900 pages, which all had to be maintained manually. Over the years the site had outgrown its original design with the addition of newsletters, minutes, and agendas.
With the new site, we put all of that information into a database, and used templates to display the data. Maintenance is much more organized, and the data is searchable. Each of several committees can have its own agendas and minutes.
The latest newsletter automatically gets dislayed on the homepage, and archived when necessary. The calendar shows upcoming events as they approach.
