There is a $25 charge if you would like your tour to be posted to Realtor.com, UNLESS it is a "Showcase Listing". If you'd like us to post your link to Realtor.com, PLEASE check the box on the order form. We WILL NOT charge you the $25 fee if your property is a showcase listing. When we post the tour to Realtor.com, their site will inform us before we actually post the tour, if it is a showcase listing or not. If you would like us to contact you if there will be a fee (before we post the tour) please indicate this in the "Additional Instructions" on the order form.
We DO NOT automatically post tours to Realtor.com. The box MUST be checked on the order form before we will post to Realtor.com.
When you post properties to Realtor.com, they offer either a Standard Listing or a Showcase Listing. Showcase Listings are enhanced with extra photos and personalized branding. More information.
We strive to complete all orders within 5 days of your order being placed. Total turnaround time depends on when we can get into the property.
